Not at all. We have an exemption certificate allowing us to provide clay pigeon shooting facilities to people who do not possess a shotgun certificate. However, if you are banned from using a firearm as a result of a custodial prison sentence, then you cannot shoot at any clay pigeon shoot in the United kingdom.If you decide to take up the sport on a regular basis you’ll have to apply for & obtain a shotgun license.

We typically recommend starting when someone is able to handle the gun safely and shoot comfortably, this can vary from person to person.

Clay shooting is typically an all-weather activity, so we continue sessions unless conditions are extreme. We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for the weather, just in case. Our lesson stands are under cover.

It's recommended that you wear something comfortable and to bring a waterproof coat & boots, just in case you should need them as the grounds are in a field.

There's no need to bring food/drinks for the day as we have an on-site catering van, providing a huge selection.

Yes, we have ample free parking available for all visitors.

No booking is required! We're open from 10AM to 2PM, but many people arrive from 9AM to grab a hot drink and some food before shooting starts. Membership isn't required - just show up, sign in, and enjoy your shoot.
